No heat on floor vents
Do you have heat from the vents and defrost??
Do you have air flow from the floor vents even if it is cool, or no air movement period, and does the air still come out of the dash or defrost when no heat is coming from the floor??
Need way more info then just 5 words if you are asking for help…

That problem is usually caused by a faulty mode door actuator in the HVAC system.
The mode door is what directs the air out the various positions in the ventilation system.
