blower motor is not working in any position. power to fuses is good and fuses are good.
Test for power AT the blower motor. If there is power replace the motor. If no power, check the blower motor relay. This car doesn’t seem to have a blower speed resistor pack, at least not one listed for sale.

Turn on the ignition switch, switch the blower speed to high, reach under the dash and rap on the blower motor with the handle of a screwdriver.
If the blower starts working, replace the blower motor.
