Heater fan not working. All fuses and relays check out along with resistor and fan motor.
There may be problem with a blend door in the vent system.

My Ford Ranger suggested replacing the pigtail connector to the resistor pack, since it sits out in the elements and the resistors get hot.
I assume your fan does not run at all.
