Tire feels wobbly and a/c not working
If you want help, you need to make an effort and provide more details.
With this limited information, all I can say is that for the tires you should make sure your lug nuts are tight and then probably go to a tire shop to have the tires inspected and possibly balanced. For the A/C issue, you probably need to go to an A/C shop.
