We change the clock time to make it correct, but every time we restart the engine, it goes forward to one hour ahead. This coincides with the Daylight Savings Program only.
Then don’t change it? Open your owners manual and see what it tells you about this feature.

That is odd. What if you set it two hours behind? Then when you restart the engine if it goes ahead one hour it will be correct. Not trying to be funny, just something I would try.
