why does my TPMS fault keep coming on without tire pressure loss.
Check you spare tire, that happened on my daughters car and took me a few minutes to realize the spare had a sensor also
If it shows a fault instead of just low pressure, one of the sensors may have failed, they have batteries which eventually die.

In addition to the likelihood that the spare tire is low on pressure, there is the reality that the OP’s TPMS sensors are now at least 7 years old, and are at the point where their batteries are at–or near–the end of their lifespan.
About a month ago, I got 4 new tires, and I opted to proactively replace the TPMS sensors on each wheel because my vehicle was 8 years old at that point.
