Turn on the car and parked. Put the transmission to N, no vibration felt by the wheel, very quiet, then turn on AC, now feels AC on/off vibration by wheel. Turn off AC and put transmission to D, feels some vibration. Now turn on AC, big vibration felt by the wheel. Dealer says two motor mounts are worn but they are not 100% sure. Can it be transmission? The car drives fine. Thanks!!!

I think your dealer is correct. Motor mounts are far cheaper than a transmission. I replace them first.
