have replaced both strut assemblies on front 2 times still thumping. wasn’t thumping until mechanic told me I needed struts on front because leaking. since then total thumping especially right side
Pay for a diagnosis from a different shop.

sometimes a thumping noise can be from uneven tire wear from a poor alignment. did you have your vehicle aligned after having the front stuts replaced? You can try putting the front tires in the back and see if the noise travels to the back. if it does you know it is the tires. then replace them and get an alignment done.
