I am replacing my 4th or 5th headlight in less than 5 years. Is this a common problem for Fusions?
No, but I’ve had this problem also. Things to consider: expensive high lumen bulbs do not last near as long as standard lumen bulbs. If problem persist try replacing the connectors.

Just the bulb . . . or the entire headlight assembly?
And is it always the same side?
You’re not touching the glass when you’re installing them, are you?
