Car stalls hard to restart
There are many different possible culprits for this symptom. To narrow it down: Is the check engine light on? Has your shop checked for stored engine diagnostic codes? What does it do when it is hard to restart? Cranking (that rrr rrr rrrr sound w/key in “start”) is required for a long time before catching and running?
Crank position sensor, usually will not set a CEL.
