2009 Dodge Caravan won't start after new battery & starter

Motor won’t start we thought it was the starter we changed the starter n the battery still dosen’t want to start what else could it be?

You are just guessing at the problem and throwing parts at it. If you are successful in fixing it, you will have spent piles of money. Let’s start from the beginning.

Was the check engine light on before the van wouldn’t start?
Does the van crank the engine but not start?
If it cranks, have you sprayed starting fluid into the engine? Does it start and then die right away? If so, you have a fuel problem.
Can you hear the fuel pump hum when you turn the key to the ON position but not crank. No, fuel pump or the fuel pump circuit is the problem.
If it cranks, have you checked for spark? Or if the fuel injectors are being commanded to fire? No pulses to the fuel injector? Maybe the crankshaft position sensor.

If you don’t understand the above paragraph, it needs to go to a professional.
