No. They might be flat spotted, though. You will feel a thump thump thump from all 4 tires getting faster as you drive faster. They should roll smooth after driving for 10 to 20 miles.

If you don’t drive the car all the time, you might find that you have to replace your tires based on age instead of the remaining tread. How old are these tires?

That’s 8 months and those tires could be permanently flatspotted.
