appears to be leaking coolant; backing towards the windshield… not near radiator.
Is it clear liquid?? If it is, that is water from the AC unit. Perfectly normal, drive on.
Is it green or orange? Could be coolant leaking from the heater hoses, heater core, or worse - engine block! Have that checked out right away. Check your coolant level - see your owners manual for how.
