Mitsubishi Outlander not starting a new starter was put in and the car still won’t start .
Did you try shifting into neutral to see if it’ll start?

More details would help. Does it crank but not start? Does it not crank at all? If the latter, the battery or the alternator are usually the first places to start. If it cranks but doesn’t catch enough to start, something something in the fuel or electrical systems is often the culprit. Can you be more specific?
