I have a 2007 Matirx that from time to time when the transmission is cooler first thing when I start our, will seem to grind a bit in the upshift but if I downshift it goes in correctly. Anyone have any thought.
Worn clutch would be my guess.
I would first change the transmission oil. It’s the cheapest thing to start with.
RedLine MT-90 works very well in my 2006 Matrix, especially when cold.
