My car is jerking when i go 10 mph and then again when i shift to 25-30. it’s an automatic. any ideas what may be wrong?
Is the CEL on?
The best way to diagnose the fault is by having a code to follow.
If the tranny is harsh shifting at gear changes, there should be a code to read. Have it scanned.

I would start with the only thing you can self assess likely, the transmission fluid level. Check it.
