Why is my 2007 Toyota Camry check engine,VSC and traction light on

Because if the Check Engine light is on, the VSC and the traction control systems won’t function.

So once you figure out why the Check Engine light is on, and correct that, the VAC and traction lights will also turn off.

You’ll have to get the diagnostic codes read out from the engine computer memory first. Post them here and there’ll be some ideas.
