At around 20,000 miles the car would shudder when going at low speeds, like the trans was in too high of a gear for the speed. Shop says this is the way they run, why did this just start at 20,000 miles
“Shop says this is the way they run” I like that one. Are they willing to put that in writing? Have you had any CEL’s (Check engine lights)? I assume this was a dealer shop? Ask them to show you the same shudder on another 2007 Vue.
Keep a record of each trip. You may end up in a lemon law situation.There are computers that control everything. The dealer knows a lot more than a shop that would say they all run that way.
