The a/c in my 2007 Honda Cr-V will cycle “off” for 5 - 10 seconds every 5 minutes or so. The dealer, of course, tried to tell me this was normal so the compressor wouldn’t freeze or some such baloney, however I’ve never had a car do that, and friends with older CR-V’s don’t have this problem. Anyone heard/have this problem and if so, how did you get it rectified? I’m in Texas, and it’s amazing how hot the car gets in only a few seconds.
