Headlights take too long to shut off
Hi! Most of the cars I have driven with auto shutoff headlights etc. have an auto and manual off knob position on the headlight switch. Maybe don’t use the auto mode??
In what circumstances does this happen? Why is it a problem for you?
Hate to say it but check your manual. Either a switch to increase/decrease or programming the options.
if this is after you exit the car, some makes & models leave the headlights on for a bit after you exit the vehicle for safety purposes. It should only be a minute or so. If they are staying on longer than that, or draining your battery, you may have a relay, BCM, or switch issue.
We really need more info on this.
