Engine Apparently Has Trhown A Rod, what causes this? And can it repaired?
Causes: Lack of preventative maintenance. Abuse.
Can it be repaired: Has to be disassembled to be determined. Probably can be repaired(rebuilt). Other options used engine or remanufactured engine.

Thrown rod implies a rod has broken. Likely there is an unrepairable hole in the engine block. That means the engine must be replaced.
And possible damage to the crank.
