When in park or stopped at red light and AC is on the vehicles speedometer goes to 10-20 miles MPH and wants to shift shaking the car and engine. Turn AC off and it goes away. Whining started to be intermittent and now is perminant. Gps mapping continues as car is in park or stopped as if car is still moving also.
