I have a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has a horn that intermittently honks whether the car is running or not, the turn signals do not work, nor do the windshield wipers. Any clues as to what might be going on besides checking fuses?
The problem is most likely with the multi-function switch.

Not only are the wipers/turn signals controlled thru this switch, but so is the horn.
The white tab sticking out of the switch is for the horn.
