2006 Ford F150 weird noise

Weird noise at first start everyday.

That’s interesting. Did you have a question about this weird noise? And if so, could you provide a sound clip along with a description of the noise, possible location, miles on your Ford, engine type, transmission type?

Gremlins in the engine compartment…

I had that once, turned out it was the neighbor’s toddler.

If only during cranking, starter may need to be shimmed to better meet up w/the flywheel. If after cranking, might be valve or lifter noise. Check the oil level. Make sure the oil filter you use has an anti-drain back valve. Your may need to get your shop to check if there’s a problem with the valve clearance, collapsed lifters, rockers improperly adjusted, etc.
