My headlights keep blowing out & now my radio stopped working .
Get a battery and charging system test. That’s where to start. If nothing found, you can ask your shop to set you up so you can monitor the battery voltage as you drive around, looking for anything unusual. This may require using an o’scope test looking for voltage transients if nothing else is discovered. Or just replace the alternator if you feel lucky. Not sure if it applies to your rsx, but some cars use a radio noise suppression capacitor often located near the ignition components. If your car uses one, have that tested.
