keys hard to turn on ignigtion
Suspect either keys or ignition switch is worn.
Replace the ignition lock cylinder, the ignition switch should be ok.
Above is a good photo of the part-assortment for the sort of locks used in cars. As a diy’er note, I’ve been able to file those rectangular parts (tumblers) to revive a lock so it works with a worn key.
Not suggesting this approach to OP, just saying such a thing is possible sometimes.
