My wife has a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan, my AC in the fron of the vehicle does not cool properly it feels sometimes that it want’s to cool but then does not, the rear AC does work fine. please help it is hot!!!
I had the same problem with a 1990 Ford Aerostar. My mechanic recharged the system and all was fine. I don’t understand why the rear AC would cool and the front system didn’t when the charge was low, but that appeared to be the case. The only thing I can think of is that the liquid refrigerant built up more pressure in going to the rear evaporator. At any rate, have an AC technician look at this.
