My father-in-law has a 2005 Chrysler 300C and it stalls intermittently when the fuel tank is under 1/4 tank or over 3/4 tank. It has 54K miles. The dealer installed a new computer because the check engine light was on, but it still stalls and they cannot find the problem after many weeks of diagnosis.
Can you post back with what codes are stored in the computer? You can flip the ignition on-off-on-off-on (don’t start the car), and the “EVIC” or display next to the speedometer should show the trouble codes.
Sorry it took so long. I had to wedge the vehicle away from the dealer. The check engine light is on and the only code showing is “P0573”, even though the dealer says there are no codes. After the holiday I will personally take custody of the vehicle and start an aggressive troubleshooting approach to get this resolved. Thanks.
