There is a super annoying clicking sound, behind the dash. Directly behind the radio. The noise comes on randomly and doesn’t seem to have any correlation to whether the radio or the a/c being on or off. I also have a video of the sound.
That noise is often an HVAC actuator. They move the vent doors around. Even if you aren’t changing anything with HVAC controls, sometimes they get lost as to what position they are in, and the clicking noise means they are trying to home to their initial position. Many of them use plastic gears, which wear out and contribute to this.

Probably the blend door motor for the climate control. You can access it near the gas pedal just above the center console trim.
