I am having trouble removing the tail light housing on my 2004 civic. I have removed the three nuts and the plastic clip, but it still won’t slide off no matter how hard I push. Any clues?

Your owners manual should show and explain how to do this.
You sure you are supposed to slide the unit and not just pull it off?
Well, the owner’s manual shows how to replace bulbs, but not the housing.
And I’ve tried pulling, pushing, etc. No success, short of breaking it.
Sounds to me like there’s a fastener you have not found, and it’s still holding the tail light assembly in place. Keep looking.
