New battery installed. Dome light still comes on sometimes while driving. Now when car turned off locked and parked dome light comes on and then alarm goes off. Shut the alarm off but dome light does not go off.
This must be an after market alarm . Pull the fuse for it or have it disconnected and see if your problems stop . Hardly anyone pays attention to those when they activate anyway.
Dome light issue might be the switch in the door. Try operating the switch several times to free it up. You could also blast it with a plastic compatible electrical cleaner such as CRC QD.
