I recently changed the original stock cd player to a dvd player. I added subs and an amp and wen its playing the volume goes up and down by itsself. I need help
Yep, you sure do need help. Amps need large amounts of power as do subs. Are they wired in with large gauge wire? Are they grounded properly? Are they fused properly? Are the connections very secure - properly crimped connectors?
Certainly don’t want you watching movies while you are driving . You might need a stereo shop to sort this out .
Might even need a higher amperage alternator to accommodate the increased power draw.
