I have a 2002 Dodge Stratus SXT 2 door. My right turn signal does not work when it rains. I have checked the ETCAS, and changed the front and rear lamps… I had this problem last spring and as soon as the weather warmed up and the rain stopped the turn signal started working and worked all summer… As soon as it started raining again the signal worked intermittently then quit completely
