Bad radio, bad wiring or bad speakers. Start with the speakers.
Back in my day there were speaker fuses. Check for them also. But if all speakers went out at the same time, the problem would probably be signal or amplifier. If it has a separate amplifier, that should be checked for power. Some radios go into anti theft mode after they lose power, but that is usually indicated on the display. Check manual to be sure. My opinion would be a faulty amplifier or head unit. Hooking a known good speaker to it would be a good place to start.
