I hit a curb and now something is dragging underneath my car. When the car isn’t moving the part doesn’t sit on the ground but when I drive it’s like the piece is being ran over at a certain speed.
You really need to have a shop take a look at what you damaged. It might be serious, it might not. The only way to know for sure is to have it checked out.
There is no way folks on the internet who can’t see, touch or hear the car can even suggest what you might have damaged.

Mustangman is correct. This car needs to go to the shop immediately. This could be a safety issue or you could be damaging something further each time you drive it.
