My 2001 Nissan Altima lost part of the Front Left fender liner and I ended up having to tear off the entire fender liner surrounding the front left tire because it was dragging underneath the car. The front bumper is also loose. Do I need to get the fender liner replaced??

The liner protects a lot of components in the engine room and stops stones, mud, etc from doing damage if they fly out of the tire treads.
Plus, it deflects water from spraying the engine and possibly stalling the engine.

Yes, you should replace the fender liner. A used one from a junk yard will work just as well as a new one, and it will cost much less.
