In cab fuse box, check fuse #5 15 amp and fuse #11 7.5 amp
Under hood fuse box check fuse # 13 20 amp
Most common problem with 2001 and up Rangers is the “4x4 Control Module”
In 2001 it can be located behind passenger kick panel or behind glove box
