The car has been sitting for 6 months because the owner couldn’t afford to get a new ignition. That has been replaced and we got a new battery. The car started up then died. It won’t start now. It sound like it wants to. It’s been parked on a small incline. What should we try.
Check the air filter box for rodent nests. If there is one it could be preventing enough air from getting to the engine.
Start with the basics; Air, Fuel, and Spark.
Do you have all three?
How much gas is in the tank?
