2001 Chrysler Concorde - Radio Stays On Even When Ignition is Off

radio stays on after car is cut off. Battery is drained have to boost car.

Can you turn the radio off with the power on/off button ? If that keeps the radio from draining the battery that is what I would do on this 18 year old vehicle.
