This normally happens when it is cold. When I turn the wheel (pulling out of the parking spot etc.)it makes a wheeeeee sound. I can play with the steering wheel and make it sound like a rap soundtrack. Turn the wheel a few inches and jog it back and forth wee wee weeee wee wee. You get the picture. Fluid is fine so I was wondering if this might be normal for this power steering. Thanks!
