Is it possible to remove gas down spout hose that connects to gas tank and successfully pump out most or all the trash from bottom of gas tank without removing tank and fuel pump on 2000 year model Dodge Ram pickup truck thought that would same lot of time being as tank is plastic?
Can you reach filler port on tank? You can or cannot get under truck to pump it out? Where does filler tube enter tank?
Make sure you use a pump compatible with flammable fluids.

You can’t effectively clean a fuel tank in the truck. It need to come out.

That would be impossible.
Dodge didn’t make the Magnum in 2000.
