1999Ford Ranger ABS braking problem

My 99 Ranger pulls severely to the right under Normal braking, pulling the 30 amp ABS fuse stops the pulling but the ABS light is on on the dash. Any ideas?

Is the brake pedal pulsating? I’m thinking perhaps the wheel speed sensor ring on the left front wheel is dirty, or the sensor bad, and the ABS is activating on the left side every time you apply the brakes. This will not trigger and ABS fault light, because the system has no way of knowing that the wheel isn’t actually turning. It thinks it’s slipping on ice.
