My 1999 Plymouth Breeze with 152,000 miles has started to have a howling noise when it is cold. When putting the car in reverse it takes a few seconds before the vehicle will begin to move. Any ideas?
Tranny fluid up to the full mark? Check the level as per the dipstick instructions, do not overfill.
If full, you may need a fluid and filter change or something else.
