I currently drive a 1999 Honda Accord with 102k. Recently someone hit my car in a parking lot on the right side near the right head lamp. Now, when I turn on the car, the right blinker is continually on. It does not matter if the clicker is to the right. When you put the clicker in the left position, it works for the left, while the right stays on.
Can you help me? Is this something I can fix myself?

You probably won’t be able to fix this unless you have some experience in auto electric. Take it to a shop that has expertise in automotive electrical.
Try replacing the light bulb. It will only case a little, it is a DIY job and it may just take care of it.
