1999 Dodge Caravan SE

Last Fall the van had to be jumped when the temperature dropped into the low 40’s. Four batteries, a starter, a cam sensor, a crank sensor, an alternator and a flywheel later I’m faced with the same problem. Also, the van started fine this past Spring/Summer. What can be causing the lack of current to turn the engine over.

Well, I will start from scratch. Test battery and then alternator. New parts can be defective too. If all checks out okay then I will look for parasitic drain.

Today the mechanic is looking for a wiring problem between battery and starter.
