Once opened the drivers side pwr window of my 99 astro van goes closed only in small increments. each time the switch is pushed the window goes up an inch or so. Then if a wait a few miniutes and push it again it will go up another inch or so. If I push and wait repeatedly I eventually get the window up. Do you think its the switch?
