1999 cavalier blower motor installation

How do you replace and install a blower motor on a 1999 cavalier. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Remove the insulation panel below the passenger side dash. Remove the mounting screws for the blower motor. Unplug the blower motor harness and remove the blower motor.

I think he means, “How do you replace the TURBO-CHARGER blower motor?” Is this in the repair manual that some mechanics use?
