Should I replace the original rear air shocks in a 1999 Buick Park Avenue or switch to regular shocks? Thank you.
On a vehicle this old I would just use regular shocks . If the air shocks are bad the parts that go with them are really old and might be hard to find.

Replacement air shocks for this vehicle are not expensive. If you use regular shocks the rear of the vehicle may sit too low with the leveling system disabled.
Replace the air shocks as long as the rest of the leveling system still works. If the compressor and leveling valve are broken, use the regular stuff.
