drives perfect 3-4 days then will pop thru carb let set for a fe hours then ok for 3-4 days and does same thing
Possibly misfiring, spark plugs and ignition wires should be replaced every 30,000 miles. Is the check engine light on?
Yes the chk eng light is on but no reader avaiulable
Plugs changed new air filter wires not changed and there is a check engine light on do not have a scan tool but am going to local parts store
This car did not have a carb on it when it was built.
Used a scanner indicated fuel injector . Will pull all injectors and check them. best guess dirt in one injector

You don’t need a scanner/code reader for your vehicle.

ok got a 171 code put in injecter cleaner has not had a problem for 10 days
