i have a 02 dodge neon that doesnt like to start sometimes when its cold it just cranks over and pops sometimes and then just cranks over
Some ideas, fuel injectors, fuel filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, coil.
An O2 is likely due for plugs and wires. I would start there and I would suggest doing any other maintenance as listed in the ower’s manual.
